Our Policy

Memberships automatically renew. For annual memberships, your credit card will be charged when you join and then each year until you cancel. For monthly memberships, your credit card will be charged now and then each month until you cancel.

Memberships can be canceled at any time by accessing your Account or contacting Customer Support. There are no refunds once your credit card is charged.

This website gives you access to the complete archive of radio shows for listening and downloading.

What do I get with a membership?

A MedHead membership gives you access to the podcast of The Michael Medved Radio Show. You will be able to listen to the daily radio show commercial free, as well as the ability to download the audio segments.

How am I billed for my membership?

Memberships automatically renew. For annual memberships, your credit card will be charged when you join and then each year until you cancel. For monthly memberships, your credit card will be charged when you join and then each month until you cancel. Memberships can be cancelled at any time by accessing your Account on the website. There is a CANCEL link available under Active Memberships, or you can contact Customer Support. There are no refunds once your credit card is charged.

How do I prevent my account from automatically renewing?

There is no way to stop the auto renewal of your membership besides cancelling your membership. Once you cancel you will no longer be billed again. Your membership will continue to allow access until the end of your billing cycle. If you later decide you would like to renew, you are able to do so.

How do I cancel my membership?

I can’t remember my password, what do I do?

Go to the Login Page and click on “Forgot Password”. You will then enter your account username or email address, and an email will be sent you that will have a link that will allow you to reset your current password. ATTENTION: Be sure to use a strong password because some personal information is stored and can be seen from your Account area. If you have trouble resetting the password you can contact Customer Support.

How do I un-cancel my membership?

There is no way to un-cancel the membership. If you decide you would like to continue, wait until your active membership has expired/completed and then purchase a new membership plan again. You can login and go through the purchase process without having to create a new username and password. Once logged in, go your Account and select the Add/Renew Membership tab. If you have trouble you can contact Customer Support.

How do I update my credit card information?

Your credit card information can be updated within your Account. Go to the Update Credit Card Info page and update any billing information needed.

I recieved a rebill failure notice and now there are no membership options for me to renew. What do I do?

If you have updated your credit card information and there are no options for renewing displayed, it means that you currently have an active membership. Wait until your membership expires (usually the day after getting a rebill failure email) and then go to your Account and select the Add/Renew Membership tab to renew. Once the account is expired the membership options will be displayed.

How do I add the podcast to iTunes on my computer?

1. Click the Podcasting link found in the top navigation of the website.

2. Copy your unique feed url under the “Podcast Link” heading (be sure to copy the whole URL – including the random numbers/letters at the end of it):

Example:
https://www.medvedmedhead.com/category/radio-show/podcast/?feedkey=INCLUDE THESE RANDOM LETTERS/NUMBERS

3. In iTunes, click on File and then choose “Subscribe to Podcast” from the File menu and insert your podcast feed URL – hit OK.

Note: You can also try clicking on the “Add to iTunes” button, but sometimes it will not work depending on the computer/software version.

How do I add the podcast to my iPhone?

1. Make sure you have the Podcasts app installed on your iPhone: Located Here

2. Click the Podcasting link found in the top navigation of the website.

3. Copy your unique feed url under the “Podcast Link” heading (be sure to copy the whole URL – including the random numbers/letters at the end of it):

Example:
https://www.medvedmedhead.com/category/radio-show/podcast/?feedkey=INCLUDE THESE RANDOM LETTERS/NUMBERS

4. In the Podcasts app click on the “+” at the top-left, and then click on “Add Podcast.” Enter the feed URL into the text field – make sure the URL is exact. No extra spaces at the beginning or end of the URL.

5. You will then be prompted to subscribe to the Podcast. Click SUBSCRIBE and then the podcast will show up on the screen.

Note: You can also try clicking on the “Add to iPhone” button, but sometimes it will not work depending on the phone/iOS version.

I don’t have an iPhone. How do I add podcast to other apps?

Each podcast app works in different ways, but as long as it allows you to enter a URL to subscribe to, you will be fine.

1. Make sure you have a podcasting app installed on your phone.

2. Click the Podcasting link found in the top navigation of the website.

3. Copy your unique feed url under the “Podcast Link” heading (be sure to copy the whole URL – including the random numbers/letters at the end of it):

4. Follow the podcast app’s instructions and add the URL to your app.

Why have my podcasts stopped updating?

Sometimes if you haven’t upgraded your iTunes in a while, or because of some other issue, your podcast will stop updating. If this happens, try refreshing the podcast in iTunes. Also check the settings to make sure iTunes is set up to automatically download and display all available episodes. If that doesn’t work, delete the podcast and re-load it by doing the steps in FAQ #10.

I am only getting one hour of the show each day in iTunes. How do I get all three hours?

Open iTunes, go to Podcasts, find the podcast, click the right-pointing-arrow just to the left. Once you do so you will see how to get the other shows each day. In iTunes you can also go to Podcasts and at the bottom of the screen you will then see Settings. You can adjust your podcast setting here.

I don’t want to podcast, what other options do I have?

You do not need iTunes or a mobile device to enjoy the benefits of MedHead. Besides podcasting, you can also stream the daily shows through the website itself (you must be logged in) and/or you can download the show as MP3 files.
